Dear General:

Our church members' home, wherein slept the parents and their eight small children, adjacent to our church, was bombed at night on Aug. 20, 1995, pursuant to a pro-homosexual activists' conspiracy involving at least five participants. We immediately contacted you, personally, and Secretary Rubin for federal intervention, because the local pro-homosexual prosecutor refuses to investigate and prosecute the hundreds of violent crimes committed against our church and members. Secretary Rubin sent BATF agents who, with leads generated by our offer of a $5,000 reward, soon broke the case. After inordinate delay, the local prosecutor finally filed grossly reduced charges against only one of the known bombers and conspirators, and has now accepted a plea bargain assuring zero Justice. (See. Feb. 27 C-J newspaper report attached) This is exactly what we repeatedly told you would happen by our corrupt local D.A.


In letters to me from James S. Reynolds, your Chief of Terrorism and Violent Crime Section of your Criminal Division, and from Randall K. Rathbun, your U.S. Attorney for the District of Kansas, we have been assured that when the local authorities had completed their procedures in this matter, you would then enter the case and prosecute all identified suspects in the bombing conspiracy to the fullest extent of federal law for such cases made and provided. Mr. Rathbun has now resigned as U.S. Attorney for Kansas, in order to run for Congress. However, we expect and intend that you will keep the promises made to us, and this letter is to advise you that the time is now ripe for the Clinton administration to show that federal law enforcement is as vigorous in prosecuting homosexual crimes as in touting so-called homosexual rights, as you did in Ovett, Mississippi, in the case of two lesbians who only felt themselves threatened. Nobody bombed Camp Sister Spirit, or vandalized their property, yet you sent federal agents. Those of us who preach what the Bible says about homosexuals should have rights, too, even under the Clinton administration, don't you think? Kindest regards.
